Hi my name is Ricky. I chose to call this place the Ethosphere for an atmosphere where a community can manifest its beliefs and aspirations.
It is in the people where the power lies. Without the people nothing can exist, it all goes back into nothingness.
Everything has a meaning because we give it one. The more meaning we add the longer it stays alive. Without us there is no meaning.
Everything I provide will come from either my experience or experience of other leaders.
This Ethosphere I would call a collective of great minds that roamed the earth. My goal is that by submerging yourself here you will be able to spark a fresh idea or take a concept and run with it on your road to success.
I am grateful to be able to provide such work here. They say one small step into the right direction creates the biggest change. Where you focus you expand. Chose wisely.
Since the topic is welcoming.. It is important to learn how to welcome things you want into your life. You do this by getting out there. You have to make some noise to be noticed. Be inviting by being warm and enthusiastic. Make sure someone remembers you. Your smile is your logo, your personality is your business card, how you leave others feeling after having an experience with you becomes your trademark. A positive first impression is key to start building a relationship with a potential client. You don’t often get a second chance so the best you can do is prepare. Allow yourself to see and have the opportunities.
Remember if you miss an opportunity there are still 365 opportunities in a year. The other thing I stress for success is that you prepare your mindset for battle against you biggest enemy and that would be you. They say keep your friends close and your enemies even closer. So get to know yourself. They also say the best place to hide something is in plain sight. And your thoughts are something we can’t control, but they’re there and we can chose which thoughts we would like to entertain. They also say don’t believe everything you think. A person who lives in their thoughts steps back from reality and lives in their own illusion of the world. Always wanting a quick response to something they don’t know so in comes the thoughts.
The best mindset we can have for success is a beginners mind. Socrates once said “As for me, all that I know is that I know nothing”.
-Allow yourself to receive that which you want. By focusing on that which you want. Bless a promotion if you want a promotion, bless a job if you want a job, etc. Have a reminder up on your wall or as a cell phone background to remind you what it is that you want. Starve your distractions and feed your focus.
-Become inviting and welcoming with a warm smile and enthusiasm. Make sure people remember your trademark the experience they had with you. They will remember why they chose you.
-Prepare the mind with good positive motivation within the first 20 mins of your day. And a full glass of water to get all the cells up, hydrated, and full of energy. Motivation will get you started but you need to create habits that align to that which you want to keep you going. Only entertain thoughts that are going to help you get to where you need to go. Remember a small amount of focused effort will triumph a big amount of unfocused effort.
-Enter everyday like its a new day a new moment. Yesterdays problems are yesterdays problems. Detach yourself from everything that isn’t going to help you get to where you need to go and only focus on what you can do to make things better. Its not going to happen over night. Like will all great things they take time.
Will everything said above your awareness of it is essentially what is going to help. You don’t have to focus too hard just a little focused effort will do. Start to create an environment around you that will propel you to your goal. Submerge yourself in that which you want and you will start to see the movies, songs, books, and people you chose to surround yourself will start to change. To stay true to other you have to stay true to yourself. Enjoy the process! Namaste.
